Additional Informations

Beet juice is known for its numerous potential health benefits, but its direct impact on histamine levels remains less explored. In fact, research on the explicit relationship between beet juice and histamine levels is rather sparse and not unequivocal. However, based on the ingredients and components of beet juice, it is feasible to assess its potential effects on histamine. Beets are not typically included in lists of high-histamine foods, in lists of foods that inhibit the breakdown of histamine, nor in lists of histamine liberators. As a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, beet juice might conceivably have a modulating effect on inflammatory responses in the body, which can be a factor in histamine reactions. Beets also contain quercetin, a plant flavonoid, which is known to stabilize mast cells and can help keep histamine levels in check. While this provides a preliminary perspective, it must be reiterated that beet juice's effect on histamine hasn't been well-studied and more research is required to reach any definitive conclusions - "This product has not been researched well enough to publish any informations, our team is working hard on this.
